Vancouver, BC – July 14th, 2020: Bubblebox, a Salesforce Silver Consulting Partner, has announced Tom Keane as a Senior Account Executive.
Just over four years ago, I started my journey with Salesforce and I am extremely grateful for the experiences and relationships I have gained over the years. It exposed me to a whole world of opportunities and possibilities including an amazing company based out in Vancouver.
As a Salesforce Account Executive, Bubblebox was a significant contributor to the success of my clients and ultimately mine over my tenure. I would often hear customers say, “Tom, thank you for introducing Bubblebox to our business” or “The Bubblebox team is awesome! They really understand our business”.
The Bubblebox story started as an ExactTarget (Marketing Cloud) Reseller in 2008, but has now evolved into a Cross-Cloud Salesforce Partner with some truly amazing customer projects that involve Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud. In addition to successfully migrating the business to a Cross Cloud Partner, Bubblebox has developed a world class technical and project management team. I feel that the Bubblebox story has just started and the sky's the limit.
The approach is simple: many companies are at critical juncture to offer an employee and customer-centric experience. Salesforce is the best in breed technology to deliver the optimal experience, and Bubblebox is the right partner to help companies execute on that promise. Looking ahead, the table is set for me to help expand Bubblebox across North America by working closely with the Salesforce Account team and identifying interesting customer projects that Bubblebox has the expertise to advise and successfully execute.
Bubblebox is guided by values of integrity and honesty with a mindset of showing up when it matters and delivering more value than is expected. This approach is something that I will strive to execute daily.
