Vancouver, BC – October 16, 2019: Bubblebox, a Salesforce Silver Consulting Partner, has announced Maggie Bettinson as Head of Customer Success. The creation of this role is a strategic reflection of Bubblebox’s exponential growth and its expanding and impressive roster of customers. Bubblebox’s main focus is to further distinguish itself as a leader in the Salesforce ecosystem, whilst continuing to provide exemplary customer success and service across its primarily North American customer base.
Bettinson joins the management team to strengthen Bubblebox’s commitment to providing exceptional customer experience by ensuring the successful adoption and growth of customer accounts in the North American market. Bettinson has a proven ability to manage and lead the end-to-end customer engagement and support initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.

Maggie Bettinson joins Bubblebox from Return Path, where she served as Country Manager, Canada, since 2017 and was an integral part of the International Sales Leadership team. She was responsible for the Go-To-Market, Sales and Partnership strategies. As the most senior employee in the region, she ensured project objectives and key results were achieved while managing the new business and customer success teams. She has an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
