Challenges & Goals

goeasy has undergone a structural change and the team was unfamiliar with their current campaigns and how the data was related. They asked Bubblebox to review their data and offer recommendations for how to efficiently map out the customer journey development. 

 

Solutions

Having a good understanding of their goal and vision, we were able to deep dive into their campaigns, walk through their customer journeys and map out a journey for various customer stages using Automation Studio. With access to in into their customers and engagement,  With our Journey Builder and Automation training package, we instilled confidence in the team to create and optimize journeys, schedule, execute, and manage the most complex automations without sacrificing time and resources. 

  • Provided the goeasy team with insights to make optimization decisions, to understand how things work, and how to make them better.
  • Provide reporting for quick decision-making.

 

Results

We provided a customer experience document outlining all the different customer buckets and how a customer's status would change based on timelines and the decisions they made (e.g. how far a customer was in the process of their application). 

With revamped journeys and new ones in the works, the goeasy team is now implementing dynamic content within their emails, elevating the customer experience and inreasing engagement.
